ADHD for Radicals - Coaching
Learn to manage your ADHD so you can make your dream projects a reality.
ADHD coaching for activists, artists, and community workers.
You’re committed to creating meaningful work and building strong relationships, but navigating ADHD in our current social contexts has you overwhelmed, exhausted, and never quite where you want to be.With the right tools and support, that could finally change.
Why ADHD Coaching?
Trying to navigate your ADHD alone doesn't work.
Coaching gives you tools that work with your brain and, more importantly, provides the support you need to actually implement them and see results.
Imagine if you could...
- Sustain focus and energy across your projects
- Bring your ideas to life without losing momentum
- Balance your commitments with care for yourself and others
- Build the relationships that nurture you and your community
- Turn your visions into real, tangible change

Sex Therapy Grad Student
"Working with Sarah has honestly changed my life. I thought working together would just be helpful in managing my day-to-day stress, overwhelm, and all the tasks of grad school - which it certainly has been - but what I didn't expect is how much my perspective on life would improve overall. Beyond that, Sarah has helped me accomplish goals and dreams I previously thought I was incapable of ever getting around to!"
How does it work?
1. Discovery Session: We begin with a free, no-pressure 20-minute consultation to connect and discuss your needs. This is a chance for you to share your goals and challenges and see if coaching feels right for you.2. Personalized Coaching Plan: If we decide to work together, we will create a coaching plan tailored to your specific needs and goals. This plan will include strategies, tools, and approaches that align with your values and aspirations.3. Weekly Coaching Sessions: We’ll meet virtually once a week for 60-minute sessions. These sessions are a space for reflection, problem-solving, and growth, where we’ll track your progress and adapt your plan as needed.4. Ongoing Support: You’ll have access to text check-ins between sessions, so you’re never alone in this journey.5. Progress Tracking: We’ll regularly reflect on your growth and adjust our approach as necessary. This isn’t about hitting arbitrary milestones—it’s about moving forward in a way that feels right for you.

About your coach, Sarah Wolley, MS

I’m Sarah Wolley, an ADHD coach with 10+ years experience in mental health and community work - and an AuDHDer myself. I got my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling but found coaching to be a more fitting approach for sustainably and meaningfully supporting ADHDers in our quests to build the lives and communities we dream of. I am also a musician, a facilitator of liberatory community processes, queer as heck, and a proud cat parent.
